Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days. These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather and peak periods can add time, and we cannot shorten them once a parcel has left.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout, before payment. There are no shipping charges added after you have paid.

Tracking

Where the shipping method we use provides tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped into the United States may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees. Unless these are shown and collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price you paid.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We dispatch to the address supplied at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; the cost of re-delivery may be payable by you.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your parcel has not arrived well past the estimated window, email coco74242@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund it.

Damaged on arrival

If something arrives damaged, email coco74242@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return shipping.
