1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of curatedco.shop and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by coco , an individual trader based in Taiwan, trading as CURATED. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

2. What we sell

We select and resell products made by third parties. We describe them as accurately as we can, using our own words and the information available to us. Product photographs are representative; minor variation in colour and finish between a photograph and the item you receive is normal.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we will not ship a substitute without asking you first.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and we may decline an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, or a pricing error. If we decline, you are refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Our content

The text, layout, design and original images on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. Product names and logos belonging to manufacturers remain theirs.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to submit content that is unlawful or deliberately false.

9. Third-party links

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

10. Warranties and liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Taiwan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Taiwan. This does not remove any protection given to you by the consumer law of the country where you live.
